George B. Randolph is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Malvern, Pennsylvania office. George’s practice involves the representation of clients in commercial and/or employment disputes and litigation. George has represented individual and business clients in both the state and federal courts as well as before state and federal governmental agencies, and in various alternative dispute resolution forums.
He has experience in all aspects of commercial and employment litigation and has both prosecuted and defended claims from inception through trial and appeal.
For labor and employment clients, George has both enforced and defended against claims involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets, defended against various discrimination claims (ADEA, ADA, Title VII, Pennsylvania HRA, OSHA, and SOX), as well as the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Act.
In his off hours, George enjoys spending time with his family, salt and fresh water fishing, and playing pickleball.
- Representation of business entities in the enforcement, or defense, of restrictive covenants involving local, state, and national companies.
- Representation of non-profit fire and ambulance companies, and educational institutions.
- Defeated injunction seeking the removal of private educational institution’s trustees and leadership and ultimately obtained the dismissal of the litigation.
- Defeated SOX claims against publicly held company.
- Obtained injunctions including TROs in both state and federal courts, as well as obtaining awards of counsel fees for enforcement of employment agreements.
